The "vase" for this is made up of multiple parts of a Saguaro cactus skeleton, most likely smaller limbs from much taller cacti.
Artist notes included "spray painted with metallic silver.... reminiscent of the Ziegfeld Follies https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ziegfeld_Follies
A fun, local Ikebana interpretation. A base of Saguaro cactus skeleton is adorned with flowers and chillies to resemble a roaring fire. The cat-o-nine tails are the 2 hot dogs being barbecued.
Our visit coincided with a Ikebana flower festival

A sole Wood Duck shares the Koi pond with numerous Mallard Ducks. This guy was sprightly and vocal.
